Hey all. Welcome to Flawless Allures blog. We will be talking about everything from makeup techniques to skincare. My name is Ericka and I am a licensed Esthetician and have been in the makeup/skincare industry for the past 15 years. I have worked for some of the top cosmetic lines in the industry from Lancome to Estee Lauder, and Fashion Fair. I was a freelance make artist for Estee Lauder for 6 years, so no question is too big or small. We have opened a beauty bar in Hammond Indiana. I work with the talented & funny Shaquetta Odoms.
